Unique & huge unit with comfy chairs as well as continental breakfast. Excellent staff in the whole hotel.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant with excellent food. The location turned out to be stunning, adjacent to town centre, Shadow Lawn, and the airport. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and excellent and the views were lovely.

The location was stunning and fantastic for traveling around Rothesay, right by Canada, restaurant for evening meal, and the St John airport. It also was in the St John to Fredericton area.

Comforts of well furnished room with 2 double beds and a kitchenette were fabulous.

We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a posh suburb was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome and attended to throughout our stay. The room amenities, including ironing facilities and a comfortable sitting area, added to the enhanced comfort and quality of our experience. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace and garden area, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene surroundings. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, making dining a truly delightful experience. we were impressed with the level of service and the luxurious amenities this place had to offer.

The location was stunning and tranquil in a lovely neighborhood. What's more, it was short walk to Shadow Lawn Inn, Canada, and a posh suburb. I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant with excellant food.

The breakfast was lovely and by dessert, the staff was efficient. I asked for queen room with climate control, an iron/ironing board and a work desk, it was unique. The location was in a stunning and tranquil place, close to the current restaurant, Shadow Lawn Inn, and the beaches, I thoroughly enjoyed that.

The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was tastefully decorated with twin beds. The staff were very attentive, convenient location in a fashionable neighborhood.

We recently stayed at the charming Shadow Lawn Inn for two weeks while traveling to and from Nova Scotia. Our room had a lovely, unique decor, and the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were luxurious. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel well taken care of. We enjoyed the excellent complimentary breakfast, with its beautifully presented dishes, including delicious smoked salmon. The dining room and outdoor terrace were also great places to unwind after a day of exploring. a wonderful stay that we would definitely repeat.

It was a beautifully maintained hotel in a peaceful area, just next door to Shadow Lawn Inn, the beaches and the park. The location was quiet, within easy walking distance of Rothesay Arena.

The value for our money was excellent - we got a unique and memorable experience with all the quirks and character of the inn. The room was cozy, well-decorated, and had enough seating and a small desk for our needs. The staff at the inn were incredibly pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast option could be improved with fresher fruit, softer muffins, and a wider variety of items.
